Prepare For Roofing
When
products are delivered to your home check the color and type.
Be prepared for the noise.
Keep small children and pets away from the work area.
Remove all loose items from walls and shelves (pictures, plates, crystal,
etc...) The hammering may cause enough vibration to shake
these items from walls and shelves.
We will need access
to your driveway to load shingles and to clean up. Please keep your
driveway clear. Anthony
Colman General Contractors
will not be responsible for any vehicles
or miscellaneous items not removed from the work area.
Remove all items
from directly around your house (patio/pool furniture, potted plants,
gardening tools, etc…).
Please see that
electrical power is provided to the outside of your home. If exterior
plugs are not available, please run an extension cord through a window or
door.
Nails that fall
from your roof during the job will be picked up with a magnetic roller
upon job completion. We will make every effort to pick up all of the
nails. Please be advised that a few nails hidden in the grass and
shrubbery may remain.
For each day of
inclement weather, work on your home may be delayed. Be assured that we
will take precautions to protect the interior of your home.
Re-roofing your
home will be a major construction project. We will make every effort to
protect your property during the roofing process. Please be prepared to
tolerate the inconvenience until we have completed the final clean up.
